I've been focusing on being in the moment. The power of now, as Tolle calls it. It has been interesting. I've had brief lapses of time where I've been able to be at peace for a few minutes, hours and even a couple of days. But this time I've been at peace for 3 weeks. It started when I wrote down my life's mission.

I was wondering how many people are using the online workbook to practice the lessons. Can you comment if you are using this on google home page or any other home page?
Alright. So lately, when I am presented with a disturbing scenario, the question, "why would I do that?" pops into my mind. The question is asking why I would invite that event into my life. The course says that we invite the perfect lessons into our life. So I must really be insane to be inviting the types of things that keep popping up. The question is also quite empowering.
I took my two daughters, Sofia and Olivia, and my niece, Celine, to Sea World yesterday. We were watching a wonderful show called Viva, when something hit me hard.
